Nikki Zeichner was product director for the New Practice Lab at New America. She is a design researcher and strategist focused on improving the experience of public services. She recently completed a four year term at 18F, where she led digital transformation engagements with government agencies and most recently partnered with the GSA’s privacy office to modernize how they safeguard personal information that they collect from the public. A former public interest lawyer, Nikki was named a Legal Rebel by the American Bar Association and continues to work on problems that sit at the intersection of law and technology.
